States Friday 13th had ended. The motto, the target almost achieved yet. So why not do it? There are 3 causes here: 1-do not do, when not done, not done, then there will be no improvement, the work does not improve, still stamp your foot in place; Monday-don't understand how to do it; Tuesday-are done, the end. 14th period which will set out the motto, new goals. But the basic job will not put out any more. When the people should actively perform, not only fairness, but not done anymore. Basic things such as company rules, I said I have done but I don't do it, can anyone follow? In the table the motto there what then do those things. Not talking is not done. So the work will not improve. Hoping that everyone tries to think and perform well.
