• Tương ứng với những phát hiện về các nguyên nhân tác động, luận án đưa ra các gợi ý giải pháp, chính sách để thực hiện bình đẳng giới trong tiếp cận đất sản xuất tại Việt Nam trong những năm tới, cụ thể: (i) Hoàn thiện thể chế chính thức đảm bảo bình đẳng giới trong tiếp cận đất sản xuất; (ii) Đổi mới công tác truyền thông nâng cao nhận thức của xã hội đặc biệt là phụ nữ về quyền bình đẳng giới trong tiếp cận đất sản xuất; (iii) Nâng cao năng lực tự thân của phụ nữ (iv) Tổ chức thực hiện và theo dõi, đánh giá thực hiện các chính sách liên quan đến quyền bình đẳng giới trong tiếp cận đất sản xuất; (v) Thúc đẩy hoạt động của thị trường đất nông nghiệp

• Correspond with the findings about the cause of the impact, the thesis put forward the suggestion of solutions, to implement the policy of gender equality in the approach the land produced in Vietnam in the coming years, in particular: (i) improve formal institutional guarantee gender equality in land production approach; (ii) renewal of the work of the media to raise awareness of the society especially women about gender equality in land production approach; (iii) enhance the capacity of the women themselves (iv) implementation and follow-up, reviews implementation of policies related to gender equality in land production approach; (v) promoting the activities of the agricultural land market

• Consistent with the findings on the cause of the impact, given the thesis suggests solutions and policies to implement gender equality in access to productive land in Vietnam in the coming years, namely: ( i) Improving official institutions ensure gender equality in access to productive land; (Ii) Renewal of the media to raise awareness of the society especially women about gender equality in access to productive land; (Iii) capacity building of women themselves (iv) Implementing and monitoring and evaluating the implementation of policies relating to gender equality in access to productive land; (V) Promoting the activities of the agricultural land market
