Embassy and the presentation of the National Committee of the literary arts association in Vietnam want to coordinate with the U.s. Embassy in Vietnam Dong held Shen Yun performing arts-USA in Vietnam in June 2016 (the Commission will authorise for Vifolac Fund to implement).
