Khi có nhu cầu mua hàng thì các bộ phận có liên quan sẽ lập phiếu đề nghị mua hàng. Sau khi phiếu đề nghị mua hàng được phê chuẩn bộ phận cung ứng sẽ lập đơn đặt hàng và gửi cho nhà cung cấp đã lựa chọn.
