Nếu ông X không chịu thỏa thuận thì

Nếu ông X không chịu thỏa thuận thì công ty có thể áp dụng các trường hợp quy định tại Điều 38 để đơn phương chấm dứt hợp đồng. Một trong những trường hợp công ty có thể xem xét là căn cứ dựa vào định mức do công ty đặt ra.

If Mr. X is not subject to the agreement, the company may apply to the case specified in article 38 to unilaterally terminate the contract. One of these cases the company may review is based on the norms set out by the company.
