Sở Kế hoạch và Đầu tư đề nghị Nhà đầu tư xác định và thống nhất toàn bộ hồ sơ có tiếp tục đăng ký các mục tiêu hoạt động nêu trên hay không.
Trường hợp Nhà đầu tư vẫn có nhu cầu hoạt động các mục tiêu trên, Sở Kế hoạch đầu tư sẽ lấy ý kiến Bộ chuyên ngành xem xét, hướng dẫn bằng văn bản việc nhà đầu tư có được phép hoạt động đối với các mục tiêu không được quy định tại biểu cam kết về dịch vụ của Việt Nam trong WTO
