The evaluation plan plays a crucial role in evaluating the effectiveness, results, or impact of course changes. In order to collect valuable information to make informed decisions and improve students' teaching and learning processes, I plan to use a series of evaluation strategies, namely process evaluation, observation, comparison, parent feedback, summary evaluation, and adjustment. These can become diverse tools for evaluating student progress, collecting feedback from different stakeholders, and making necessary changes to optimize the learning outcomes of mixed qualification students with significant age differences.
