+) Site minutes, at 14h PM dated 26 May 2016 regarding: “ Checking on the site, decision of pipe culvert on crossing road PKA4-CR-V-8 (Km119+170), section on Tinh Tho commune, Son Tinh district ”.
+) Ref No.EPMU-PKA4-16-182 dated 30 May 2016 regarding: “ Proposal for adjustment of 3 frontage roads and additional irrigation culvert crossing to the approach road of FO16 (Km119+170)- Package A4 ”.
+) Ref No.CDM.DQE.A4.RE16-226 dated 09 June 2016 regarding: “ Proposal drawing for addendum pipe culvert on crossing road PKA4-CR-V-8; PKG.A4 ”.
2. We would like to submit proposal drawing, below:
Addendum pipe culvert Km0+190 on crossing road PKA4-CR-V-8 (Ver.02)
3. Without this pipe culvert, we cannot carry out crossing road embankment. So we want to construct pipe culvert after we have approval of this proposal drawing. And after construction we will make As-built drawing as follow approved proposal drawing.

3. Without this Culvert pipe, We Can not carry out road crossing embankment. We Want to construct Compared Culvert pipe after approval of this proposal WE HAVE drawing. We will make construction and after As-built drawing drawing proposal approved as follow.
