II. Các tài liệu Bên bán phải cung cấp cho Bên mua

Trước Ngày vận hành thương mại, Bên bán có nghĩa vụ cung cấp cho Bên mua bản sao hợp lệ các tài liệu sau:

1. Giấy chứng nhận đầu tư do cơ quan nhà nước có thẩm quyền cấp.

2. Thỏa thuận đấu nối.

3. Giấy phép hoạt động điện lực trong lĩnh vực phát điện của Nhà máy điện do Cục Điều tiết điện lực cấp.

4. Hợp đồng cung cấp nhiên liệu (đối với nhà máy nhiệt điện).

5. Giấy chứng nhận thử nghiệm và kiểm tra ban đầu cho thiết bị đo đếm của cơ quan có thẩm quyền.

6. Giấy phép khai thác, sử dụng và thải nước do cơ quan nhà nước có thẩm quyền cấp.

7. Giấy phép hoạt động cảng của cơ quan nhà nước có thẩm quyền (đối với nhà máy nhiệt điện than).

8. Giấy chứng nhận tuân thủ đánh giá tác động môi trường của cơ quan nhà nước có thẩm quyền.

9. Hồ sơ biên bản thí nghiệm hiệu chỉnh các thiết bị của các tổ máy và các thiết bị đấu nối Nhà máy điện vào Hệ thống điện quốc gia.

10. Quy trình phối hợp vận hành Nhà máy điện sau khi đã thoả thuận với Đơn vị vận hành hệ thống điện và thị trường điện quốc gia.

11. Quy trình điều tiết hồ chứa (đối với nhà máy thủy điện).
