Do số lượng sinh viên quốc tế ngày càng tăng, hiện nay việc quản lý việc xin gia hạn và ghi nhận việc gia hạn VISA cho sinh viên quốc tế sử dụng excel nên khó quản lý. Vì vậy đại học FPT cần một hệ thống để quản lý việc xin gia hạn và ghi nhận thời hạn mới cho VISA cho sinh viên quốc tế
