Thực hiện đúng tiến độ công việc, trường hợp Bên B đã nhận tiền thanh toán đợt 1 mà không thực hiện công việc theo cam kết thì ngoài các khoản phạt theo quy định trong hợp đồng Bên B phải hoàn trả lại số tiền đã nhận và bồi thường thiệt hại cho Bên A
