YÊU CẦU VỀ VIỆC BÀN GIAO ITP CHO PHẦN TƯỜNG CHẮN (CRW14 - CRW21)

Hôm nay đã là ngày 15 tháng 09 (Ngày chúng tôi yêu cầu hoàn thành hồ sơ ITP cho phần tường chắn CRW14 - CRW21 trong email trước)
Đến nay các bạn đã hoàn thành một số hạng mục mà chúng tôi yêu cầu. Tuy nhiên vẫn còn một số vấn đề chưa hoàn thành - chi tiết như sau:
I. Phần ITP của kết cấu tường chắn
1. Còn một số chữ ký thiếu (Đã đưa cho Mr Toàn đi ký bổ sung)
2 Biên bản nghiệm thu tập kết máy móc thiết bị trước khi thi công (Cho toàn bộ).
3. Biên bản nghiệm thu nén mẫu bê tông & kết quả nén mẫu bê tông lót (Cho tường chắn CRW 20.1).
4. Một số request (Đã đưa danh sách chi tiết cho MR toàn).
5. Check list cho ITP.
II. PHẦN ITP CỦA PHẦN ĐÓNG / ÉP CỌC BTCT
1.Biên bản nghiệm thu tập kết máy móc thiết bị trước khi thi công (Cho cả phần đóng cọc & ép cọc).
2.Đính kèm hồ sơ giao nhận cọc vào ITP.
3.Một số phần thiếu chữ ký (SCC & NJPT).
4.Phần ITP cọc thử đang còn thiếu toàn bộ (10 cọc).
III. PHẦN ITP CỦA ĐÚC CỌC
(Vấn đề này đã trao đổi với Mr Hòa QC-SCC đang giữ (toàn bộ) Và Mr Hòa sẽ trình khi tư vấn yêu cầu).
* LƯU Ý: Hồ sơ của các bạn làm có rất nhiều thiếu xót và chúng ta phải khắc phục thiếu xót đó trong thời gian sớm nhất (Đây là vấn đề rất quan trọng đối với chúng tôi cho việc thanh toán)
Đề nghị các bạn cùng với chúng tôi triển khai nhanh nhất có thể.
Tôi mong rằng chúng ta sẽ hoàn thiện bộ hồ sơ này trước thứ 2 tuần tới (19-09-2016)

By now you have completed a number of items that we require. However there is still some unfinished issues - details as follows:
I. ITP section of wall texture

3. some parts missing signature (SCC & NJPT).
4- ITP test pile was missing the entire (10 poles).
III. CASTING SESSION OF PILE ITP
(This issue was discussed with Mr Hoa QC-SCC is holding (the whole) and Mr Hoa will advise when required).
* NOTE: Your profile as there are so many missing mercy and we have to overcome shortcomings in the shortest time (This is very important issue for us for the payment)
Suggest you join us in the fastest deployment possible.
