II. Điều kiện đối với bán buôn thuốc

1. Chứng chỉ hành nghề dược

Điều kiện cấp chứng chỉ hành nghề dược đối với cơ sở bán buôn thuốc:

1.1. Người được cấp Chứng chỉ hành nghề dược phải có văn bằng, chứng chỉ chuyên môn phù hợp với yêu cầu của cơ sở bán buôn thuốc, cụ thể là:

1.1.1. Người quản lý chuyên môn về dược của doanh nghiệp bán buôn thuốc phải cóbằng tốt nghiệp đại học dược và có thời gian thực hành ít nhất 03 năm tại cơ sở dược hợp pháp;

1.1.2. Người quản lý chuyên môn về dược của doanh nghiệp bán buôn vắc xin, sinh phẩm y tế phải có bằng tốt nghiệp đại học dược hoặc bằng tốt nghiệp đại học y hoặc bằng tốt nghiệp đại học chuyên ngành sinh học và thời gian thực hành ít nhất 03 năm tại cơ sở dược hợp pháp;

1.1.3. Người quản lý chuyên môn về dược của doanh nghiệp, hợp tác xã, hộ cá thể buôn bán dược liệu, thuốc đông y, thuốc từ dược liệu phải có thời gian thực hành ít nhất 02 năm tại cơ sở dược hợp pháp và phải có một trong các văn bằng sau đây:

a) Bằng tốt nghiệp đại học dược;

b) Bằng tố nghiệp trung học dược;

c) Bằng tốt nghiệp đại học hoặc trung học về y học cổ truyền;

d) Các loại văn bằng về lương y, lương dược, giấy chứng nhận bài thuốc gia truyền và trình độ chuyên môn y dược cổ truyền.

1.1.4 Người quản lý chuyên môn về dược của đại lý bán vắc xin, sinh phẩm y tế phải có thời gian thực hành ít nhất 02 năm tại cơ sở dược hợp pháp và phải có một trong các văn bằng sau đây:

a) Bằng tốt nghiệp đại học dược;

b) Bằng tốt nghiệp trung học dược;

c) Bằng tốt nghiệp trung học y;

d) Bằng tốt nghiệp đại học y hoặc bằng tốt nghiệp đại học chuyên ngành sinh học.

1.2. Có đạo đức nghề nghiệp

1.3. Có đủ sức khỏe để hành nghề dược.
