In the company I manage, relations between management and employees is effective because: I always know how to boost morale of employees, interest and encourage their staff to help when they encounter difficulties in work and in life. However, the staff always have respect for their superiors. The relationship between managers and employees is the mutual respect, and mutual help. Concerned help and encourage employees when they get stuck is what managers should do. A good manager must have the proper attitude, motivate subordinates by praise, but also criticism must seek to blame them for dexterous. Though not great, but the reward is the reward before many people, makes employees happy and proud. If not encouraging staff morale will suffer, work ineffective.
