1. Khái quát chung:
Công trình chung cư Feliz En Vista,tầng kết cấu khung chịu lực trên nền móng cọc ép và khoan nhồi tổng diện tích làm việc 16950 m2 bao gồm 4 block và 1 Podium .Công trình chung cư Feliz En Vista được xây dựng nằm trong trung tâm thành phố Hồ Chí Minh mặt chính tiếp giáp đường Đồng Văn Cống,P.Thạnh Mỹ Lợi,Q.2. Nên điều kiện hạ tầng kĩ thuật tương đối thuận lợi như :
Hệ thống điện bao gồm các cột và dây cáp trên trục hè đường, tại khu vực hè có trạm biến áp rất thuận tiện cho việc cung cấp điện.
Hệ thống cung cấp nước sạch thành phố dọc theo hè đường.
Hệ thống thông tin liên lạc thuận lợi, các đường trục thông tin nằm trên vị trí hè đường.
