Trong trường hợp có bất kỳ nội dung

Trong trường hợp có bất kỳ nội dung hoặc điều khoản nào trong Thỏa Thuận Nguyên Tắc này bị vô hiệu hoặc không hợp pháp hoặc không thể thi hành được, vì bất kỳ lý do gì, thì những nội dung hoặc điều khoản đó sẽ được thay thế bởi một nội dung hoặc điều khoản có hiệu lực pháp luật để có thể có khả năng thực hiện, sau đó, Thỏa Thuận này sẽ được giải thích tương ứng như là những nội dung hoặc điều khoản đó chưa bao giờ được ghi nhận trong văn bản này.
