Bộ chứng từ thanh toán gồm có: 1 FCR bản gốc (xem phụ lục) có dấu mộc của
công ty forwarder như APL logistic, Damco…., 2 bản invoice có dấu mộc và 2 bản
parking list có dấu. Trong đó, FCR, 1 bản invoice và 1 bản parking list gửi cho ngân
hàng để thanh toán. Còn chứng từ còn lại để lưu tại Tập Đoàn Far Eastern.

Bộ chứng từ gửi cho đối tác gồm: 1 parking list không dấu và 1 bản FCR
copy. Để đối tác kiểm tra giữ hàng nhận được, lưu trữ và hoàn thiện hóa đơn nhận
hàng.
Bộ chứng từ lưu giữ tại công ty gồm: FCR copy, invoice, parking list,
booking, perchase order, delivery instruction, tờ khai bản copy, C/O copy (nếu có).
