Vào khoảng 1:30pm, ngày 03 tháng 10 năm 2016, một nhân viên khi đang ngồi làm việc tại văn phòng xưởng sản xuất thì phát hiện ra một sự cố cháy nhỏ tại đèn Neon trên trần nhà (ngọn lửa phát ra khoảng 30mm). Ngay lập tức, nhân viên đã tắt công tắc đèn và gọi cho bảo trì tới kiểm tra, sau đó nhân viên bảo trì đã có mặt tiến hành cô lập khu vực và khắc phục sự cố.
