II. Tài liệu chứng minh sự đáp ứng của vật tư, máy móc, thiết bị đưa vào xây lắp:
Nhà thầu phải cung cấp các tài liệu chứng minh sự đáp ứng của vật tư, thiết bị. Tài liệu để chứng minh có thể dưới hình thức văn bản,bản vẽ và số liệu: Bảng liệt kê chi tiết danh mục vật tư, thiết bị đưavào xây lắp; Tài liệu về mặt kỹ thuật như tiêu chuẩn vật tư, thiết bị,tính năng, thông số kỹ thuật, thông số bảo hành của từng loại (kèm Néi dung theo bản vẽ để mô tả nếu cần), Catalogue của nhà sản xuất và cácnội dung khác như yêu cầu nêu tại Chương IX và Chương X;

- Chất lượng thiết bị: Hàng hóa mới 100%, sản xuất từ năm 2014trở về sau.
- Thương hiệu, xuất xứ của thiết bị chính hệ thống điều hòa thônggió, thang máy, PCCC, Khí y tế, Điện nhẹ, Chuyển mẫu bệnh phẩmtự động và năng lượng mặt trời nước nóng: Có thương hiệu từ các nước G7 được sản xuất trong các nhà máy tại chính quốc hoặc ởcác nước thứ 3 đạt tiêu chuẩn ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 (phải có đầyđủ tài liệu chứng minh nguồn gốc và chứng nhận chất lượng củachính nhà sản xuất). Nhà thầu phải chịu trách nhiệm về chất lượngvà nguồn gốc xuất xứ thiết bị bàn giao cho bên A catalogue và cáctài liệu chứng minh nguồn gốc xuất xứ của thiết bị phù hợp với hồsơ khi trúng thầu.
IV. Yêu cầu về vật liệu hoàn thiện cho công trình
1) Tường nhà.
