*Kế toán Xây Dựng
- Theo dõi và quản lý từng hợp đồng xây dựng, nắm được chị tiết từng hợp đồng về giá trị, thời gian và các hạng mục hoàn thành.
- Bám sát vào bảng bóc tách chi phí để theo dõi việc đưa chính xác mức chi phí nguyên vật liệu phù hợp với định mức theo dự toán của từng công trình.
- Tập hợp, phân bổ chi phí và tính ra giá thành từng công trình, hạng mục công trình
- Kiểm tra việc thực hiện kế hoạch giá thành hạng mục công trình, đề xuất khả năng và các biện pháp giảm giá thành một cách hợp lý và có hiệu quả.
- Phát hiện kịp thời các khoản chênh lệch so với định mức, các chi phí khác ngoài kế hoạch, các khoản thiệt hại, mất mát, hư hỏng …
- Quản lý và lập báo cáo về chi phí vật tư, chi phí công trình, giá thành công trình xây dựng, cung cấp chính xác giá theo yêu cầu quản lý của cấp trên.
- Sắp xếp, lưu trữ cẩn thận hồ sơ, hóa đơn, chứng từ một cách khoa học, dễ tìm
- Theo dõi và đưa ra kế hoạch thanh toán chi phí xây dựng hợp lý
Yêu cầu:
- Tốt nghiệp cao đẳng, đại học các chuyên ngành tài chính – kế toán; xây dựng
- Có ít nhất 1 năm kinh nghiệm về kế toán xây dựng
- Có năng lực nghiệp vụ kế toán, có khả năng tổng hợp
- Tổ chức, sắp xếp xây dựng kế hoạch để thực hiện nhiệm vụ được phân công
- Sử dụng máy tính thành thạo excel…
- Làm việc độc lập, chịu áp lực công việc, xử lý tình huống nhanh.
- Độ tuổi từ 24-30
