Liên danh giữa Nhà thầu nước ngoài

Liên danh giữa Nhà thầu nước ngoài và các tổ chức kinh tế Việt Nam (trên cơ sở hợp đồng thầu) thành lập Ban điều hành liên danh (có tài khoản tại ngân hàng) để thực hiện hạch toán kế toán và phát hành hóa đơn thì Ban điều hành nêu trên phải kê khai, nộp và quyết toán thuế GTGT, thuế TNDN trên toàn bộ doanh thu từ việc thực hiện Hợp đồng giữa các bên.
