Năm tài chính đầu tiên của Hợp tác bắt đầu từ ngày Hợp đồng hợp tác kinh doanh này được các Bên thống nhất và ký kết. Và kết thúc vào ngày cuối cùng của hợp tác được các Bên xác nhận bằng văn bảng.

Hàng năm, Bên A đại diện cho các Bên hợp tác lập bản cân đối tài chính và báo cáo Tài chính khác phù hợp với các quy định về toán hiện hành.
