Điều 10: Nội quy
10.1- Bên A ban hành Bản Nội Quy sinh hoạt, kinh doanh của BenThanh – Street Food Market nhằm mục đích đưa hoạt động kinh doanh vào nề nếp, tuân thủ các quy định của pháp luật, đảm bảo an ninh trật tự, an toàn kinh doanh, vệ sinh môi trường và an toàn vệ sinh thực phẩm…
Bản Nội Quy có thể được sửa đổi, bổ sung hoặc thay thế khi cần thiết.
10.2- Bên B, người đại diện, nhân viên, khách mời (nếu có) của Bên B phải chấp hành theo Nội Quy. Việc vi phạm Nội Quy được xem là vi phạm Hợp đồng này.
10.3- Bên B phải làm bảng hiệu, hộp đèn theo đúng quy cách của Bên A.
