Điều 2 : Cước nâng tốc độ, cước hàng tháng
Bên B chịu trách nhiệm thanh toán cho Bên A các khoản cước phí sau :
- Cước nâng băng thông : miễn phí
- Cước hàng tháng: Thanh toán 12 tháng – tặng 3 tháng/ Miễn phí lắp đặt trị giá 1.000.000

Điều 3 : Hiệu lực của phụ lục
3.1 Hai bên cam kết thực hiện đúng các nội dung trên. Quá trình thực hiện nếu phát sinh những khó khăn, vướng mắc sẽ được hai Bên bàn bạc, thảo luận và thống nhất để phối hợp khắc phục.
3.2 Các điêu khoản, điều kiện nếu không được quy định trong phụ lục này sẽ được tham chiếu đến hợp đồng số …./HDDV/SPT-HN giữa Chi nhánh Công ty Cổ phần Dịch vụ Bưu chính Viễn thông Sài Gòn tại Tp Hà Nội và Văn Phòng đại diện NARASAKI SANGYO CO…LTD tại Hà Nội .
3.3 Phụ lục này có hiệu lực kể từ thời điểm có đầy đủ chữ ký của người đại diện có thẩm quyền và con dấu của hai Bên
3.4 Phụ lục này làm thành 04 (bốn) bản, có giá trị như nhau. Mỗi bên giữ 02 (hai) bản.
