Theo hợp đồng tín dụng số LD1421100127 ngày 30/07/2014 ký với NH TMCP Sài Gòn Thương Tín (Sacombank) – chi nhánh Đồng Nai thì Công ty được vay số tiền 115.000.000.000 VND với thời hạn vay là 05 năm. Mục đích vay bổ sung vốn chuyển nhượng bất động sản. Khoản vay này được đảm bảo bằng toàn bộ khuôn viên lô đất và tài sản trên đất theo Giấy chứng nhận Quyền sử dụng đất số T962759 do Sở Tài nguyên & Môi trường TP Hồ Chí Minh cấp ngày 15/06/2004(được trình bày chi tiết tại thuyết minh số V.4 – Thuyết minh Báo cáo tài chinh) . Đến ngày 31/12/2015, Công ty chưa ghi nhận vào sổ kế toán của năm tài chính 2015 khoản lãi vay phát sinh của hợp đồng tín dụng nêu trên với số tiền ước tính khoảng 5,306 tỷ đồng theo mức lãi suất 11%/ năm (lãi suất theo hợp đồng tín dụng).
