- Tham gia TPP và Cộng đồng ASEAN đòi hỏi Việt Nam phải tuân thủ và thực hiện cam kết nhất định. Các tiêu chuẩn quốc tế về lao động, các cơ chế giải quyết chanh chấp, cơ chế khiếu nại lẫn cơ chế tham vấn cộng đồng, các cam kết về môi trường…cần được nội luật hoá để đảm bảo môi trường pháp lý tốt hơn cho các tổ chức nhân dân tham gia một cách hiệu quả vào lập kế hoạch, theo dõi, giám sát ở tất cả các cấp, và doanh nghiệp để mọi người dân đều có tiếng nói trong quyết định ảnh hưởng tới họ.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

-Join the TPP and the ASEAN community requires Vietnam to comply with and implement certain commitments. The international labor standards, mechanisms to resolve complaints mechanisms, lemon and mechanism of community consultation, environmental commitments ... need to be customized to ensure that civil law legal environment better for people's organizations to participate effectively in the planning monitoring, tracking, at all levels, and to business people have a voice in decisions that affect them.

Kết quả (Anh) 2:

- Join TPP and ASEAN Community requires Vietnam to abide by and implement certain commitments. The international standards on labor, the lemon approved settlement mechanism, complaints mechanism and public consultation mechanism, the commitment to the environment ... shall be domestic law to ensure better legal environment for civil organizations to participate effectively in planning, monitoring and supervision at all levels, and for all citizens now have a voice in decisions that affect them.
