Cám ơn rất nhiều! Nhưng Mr. Choi muốn biết cụ thể hơn rằng Dự án Điện Gió Bến Tre (60MW) & Dự án Điện Gió Tra Vinh (Giai đoạn 2) (96 MW) đã có trong quy hoạch, cụ thể tại Quyết định số: 13309/QĐ-BCT & Quyết định số: 2497/QĐ-BCT. Vậy 2 dự án này, có cần lập tiền báo báo FS không? Em cám ơn!
