Trong những trường hợp có lý do chí

Trong những trường hợp có lý do chính đáng, hai bên có thể thỏa thuận tạm ngưng hoặc chấm dứt hợp đồng trước thời hạn. Khi đó, bên muốn chấm dứt/tạm ngưng phải thông báo cho bên kia chậm nhất là 1 tháng trước khi muốn chấm dứt hay tạm ngưng.
