Tài sản của doanh nghiệp là hàng hóa được miễn thuế nhập khẩu nhưng sau đó bị bán đấu giá để thi hành án dân sự thì mục đích sử dụng của hàng hóa đã bị thay đổi. Doanh nghiệp nêu trên phải kê khai và nộp đủ tiền thuế nhập khẩu đã được miễn.
