1. Mô tả
Dây kẽm của chúng tôi sản xuất tại nhà máy Việt Nam với quy trình, công nghệ theo tiêu chuẩn quốc tế, sản xuất từ kẽm thỏi KZ tiêu chuẩn 99.995%.
- Dây kẽm nguyên chất ngày càng được ứng dụng rộng rãi trong nhiều ngành công nghiệp khác nhau nhằm mục đích chống ăn mòn , tăng độ dẫn điện, chịu nhiệt, trang trí
- Tính năng vượt trội về độ dẻo, độ bóng, độ bám dính tốt và dễ gia công.

2. Đặc điểm của dây kẽm nguyên chất 99.995% Zinc:
Đường kính: 0.5mm - 5.0mm (theo yêu cầu)
Đường kính thông dụng: 1.2mm, 1.4mm, 2.0mm, 2.5mm, 3.0mm
Độ bóng bề mặt: Dây kẽm có độ bóng sáng hoặc mờ tùy thuộc vào nhu cầu sử dụng.
Đóng gói: Dạng cuộn, lô nhựa 15kg, đóng trong thùng carton.
- Thành phần cơ bản:
Zn > 99.995%
Pb < 0.003%; Fe < 0.002%; Cu < 0.001%; Cd < 0.002%; Sn < 0.001%; Al < 0.001%.

- Tính chất cơ học:
Tỉ trọng: 7.14 g/cm3
Nhiệt độ nóng chảy: 419.5 oC
Độ bền kéo: 90-130 Mpa
Độ giãn dài: 35-50%

3. Ứng dụng:
Trong công nghệ phun phủ kim loại, mạ kẽm chống ăn mòn,...
1. Bảo vệ chống gỉ, chống ăn mòn, trong các môi trường khí quyển, môi trường nước, trong đất,...
2. Tạo các lớp phủ chức năng như lớp phủ chịu nhiệt, chịu ma sát, mài mòn, đòi hỏi độ cứng cao, có độ dẫn điện tốt, tạo lớp dẫn điện lên bề mặt không dẫn điện,...
3. Phục hồi các chi tiết máy bị mài mòn.
4. Sửa chữa khuyết tật cho vật đúc hoặc các khuyết tật xuất hiện khi gia công cơ khí.
