Với diện tích khoảng 6ha, hòn Đầm Dương được bao quanh bởi những dải cát trắng mịn. Từ năm 2006, một phần đảo đã được đầu tư trồng nhiều loại cây ăn trái như: hồng xiêm, nhãn, xoài, mít, dừa... nhằm hình thành một “đảo vườn”. Đến với Đầm Dương, du khách sẽ có dịp thư giãn ngắm cảnh biển, thưởng thức nhiều loại hải sản tươi ngon.

Nằm cách hòn Đầm Dương về phía tây nam khoảng 300m, hòn Đầm Đước có diện tích 12ha, là nơi sinh trưởng và phát triển của bạt ngàn cây đước. Vì vậy mà đảo có tên là Đầm Đước.
