Tôi học được rất nhiều kinh nghiệm khi làm lễ tân tại một resort năm sao. Lễ tân cũng là một công việc thuộc nghành dịch vụ,tiếp xúc với khách hàng đầu tiên khi họ đến resort,khách hàng ấn tượng ra sao về resort chính là do người lễ tân mang lại. Đây chính là công việc đem đến cho tôi kinh nghiệm tuyệt vời để đạt được két quả tốt trong đợt phỏng vấn tiếp viên lần này
