1. Được kết nối với Cổng giao dịch điện tử của Bảo hiểm xã hội Việt Nam để thực hiện cung cấp dịch vụ giao dịch điện tử trong lĩnh vực bảo hiểm xã hội.
2. Được Bảo hiểm xã hội Việt Nam hỗ trợ nghiệp vụ về bảo hiểm xã hội, bảo hiểm y tế, bảo hiểm thất nghiệp để thực hiện các giao dịch nhận, truyền dữ liệu điện tử trong lĩnh vực bảo hiểm xã hội giữa người sử dụng lao động với Bảo hiểm xã hội Việt Nam; được cung cấp các mẫu, khuôn dạng chuẩn để thực hiện hoạt động cung cấp dịch vụ I-VAN.
3. Được Bảo hiểm xã hội Việt Nam hỗ trợ để giải quyết các vướng mắc về nghiệp vụ bảo hiểm xã hội, bảo hiểm y tế,bảo hiểm thất nghiệp phát sinh trong quá trình cung cấp dịch vụ I-VAN.
4. Được chấm dứt hợp đồng cung cấp dịch vụ I-VAN với Bảo hiểm xã hội Việt Nam theo thỏa thuận trong hợp đồng phù hợp với quy định của pháp luật.
5. Được ký, chấm dứt hợp đồng với người sử dụng lao động về việc cung cấp và sử dụng dịch vụ I-VAN theo quy định của pháp luật; được thu tiền sử dụng dịch vụ của người sử dụng lao động theo hợp đồng đã ký phù hợp với quy định của pháp luật.
6. Được từ chối cung cấp dịch vụI-VAN đối với tổ chức không đủ điều kiện tham gia giao dịch hoặc vi phạm hợpđồng đã ký phù hợp với quy định của pháp luật.
