Thiết bị phản ứng là ống thạch anh

Thiết bị phản ứng là ống thạch anh (hoặc thép không rỉ) được đặt trong lò nung.
Lò nung có nhiệm vụ nâng nhiệt độ ống phản ứng lên nhiệt độ cần thiết và giữ nhiệt độ không đổi (trong khoảng nhiệt độ cho phép T  ΔT).
Chất khí mang có thể dùng N2, Ar, H2 (tuỳ điều kiện phản ứng).
