This study used the measuring quality of service ladders SERVPERF, derived from the SERVQUAL scale and the quality of public administration services (Vo Nguyen Khanh, 2011) to determine the components of service quality affects people's satisfaction with regard to the quality of public administration services of the ward people's Committee in Long xuyen city. The study surveyed 300 people of 6 wards: America, America, America You Thới Thạnh, Long Xuyen, America, America the average in Long xuyen city, from May 5 to June 2015 in 2015. Results of studies of the subject shows in 4 quality components administrative services [1] capacity; [2] the tangible media; [3] reliability; [4] the administrative procedure has positive impact to the satisfaction of the people, in which capacity components have the highest impact. Overall, the quality of public administration services of the ward in Long xuyen city was rated at a high level. Besides, the study conducted on auditing the difference according to some demographic variables shows the difference in satisfaction rating between these groups of people have different income and career.
