Theo ý kiến của Ban Tổng Giám Đốc Công ty, Báo cáo tài chính kèm theo đã được lập một cách đúng đắn, phản ánh trung thực hợp lý tình hình tài chính tại ngày 31 tháng 12 năm 2015, cũng như kết quả kinh doanh và các luồng lưu chuyển tiền tệ trong năm tài chính kết thúc ngày 31 tháng 12 năm 2015, phù hợp với chuẩn mực và chế độ kế toán Việt Nam hiện hành và các quy định pháp lý có liên quan.
