Tham gia soạn thảo, thẩm định hồ sơ, theo dõi, kiểm tra tiến độ giải ngân, thanh quyết toán đối với các hợp đồng kinh tế trong Công ty cũng như nguồn vốn đầu tư cho các dự án, các công trình do Công ty làm chủ đầu tư và thực hiện.
