Khi có một lỗi, một vấn đề liên qua

Khi có một lỗi, một vấn đề liên quan tới chất lượng sản phẩm. Lỗi hay vấn đề này sẽ được ghi nhận lại trên hệ thống. Tùy thuộc vào nguyên nhân, nơi phát sinh, nguồn gốc phát sinh sẽ có cách ghi nhận cho phù hợp. Nếu lỗi, hay vấn đề có ảnh hưởng tới chất lượng sản phẩm được ghi nhận trong quá trình kiểm nghiệm thì sẽ được ghi nhận ở bước Defects Recording gắn với một Inspeciton Lot khi đó hệ thống sẽ tự tạo ra Notification để ghi nhận lại lỗi, nghiên cứu đánh giá tìm hiểu nguyên nhân và các bước xử lý lỗi. Nhưng nếu Lỗi hay vấn đề có ảnh hưởng tới chất lượng sản phẩm được ghi nhận không nằm trong quá trình sản xuất, kiểm nghiệm: Nhân viên bán hàng nhận phản ánh của khách hàng về chất lượng sản phẩm, nhân viên mua hàng phản ánh lại nhà cung cấp về chất lượng nguyên liệu, phản ánh của nhân viên kho về việc lưu trữ, bảo quản hàng hóa… những lỗi này sẽ được ghi lại trong Quality Notification từ đó nghiên cứu nguyên nhân và tìm ra biện pháp xử lí lỗi cho phù hợp.
