tôi viết lá thư này để phàn nàn về hiện tượng vứt rác bừa bãi ở khu vực nhà tôi. Tôi thật sự lo lắng bởi người dân đã cố ý vứt rác dù biết làm vậy là sai. Họ thản nhiên vứt rác sáng sớm khi ít ai để ý. thật đáng xấu hổ. Chỉ mới 4 giờ sáng họ đã bắt đầu chở những chuyến xe rác vứt xuống khu vực gần nhà tôi. Nơi đó cũng chính là cống thoát nước của nhà và thế là cống đã bị nghẹt liên tục. Nhưng điều làm tôi bức xúc hơn cả đó chính là mùi hôi thối của hỗn hợp rác nào là bao ni lông, nào là chai nhựa, chai thủy tinh, nào là xác động vật...làm cho môi trường trở nên tệ hơn.
Tôi đề nghị chính quyền đưa ra những biện pháp và hình phạt thích đáng hơn đồng thời mở những cuộc họp để tuyên truyền tác hại của hành động vứt rác bừa bãi này.
Tôi rất nóng lòng chờ tin
