Vietnam maintains the budget for education. Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of education and training Nguyen Thien Nhan-affirmed VIETNAM's Government won't cut spending for education and health. In Hanoi, the Vice Premier said the Human perspective on when the speech opening the International Conference with the theme "financial innovation in education: applications in Asia". The Deputy Prime Minister said, adding the Government will spend .25 State budget for education and training. Towards the goal for all children have the opportunity to go to school, the Government will prioritize investment in the infrastructure, providing 75% of the budget for the classroom, school, and credit programs for poor students.However, like other countries in the world, VIETNAM also are faced with the lack of funding for education, especially in the economic downturn. A delegate at the Conference, Professor Ka Ho Mok-University of Hong kong-said foreign aid for education in developing Asian countries will decrease. According to a recent study shows that more and more families are forced to give their children school and engaged in illegal labor force. At the seminar, many international education experts and policy makers in the area discussed how funding for the deprivation for education in Asian countries.
