Đây là nguồn nhân sự bên ngoài duy nhất được tuyển dụng cho vị trí quản lý siêu thị. Họ là những sinh viên các trường đại học, với học lực giỏi, kỹ năng tốt, tiềm năng, được đào tạo và có thời gian thực hành tại hệ thống siêu thị của TGDĐ. Sau 6 tháng thử thách, các nhân sự tiềm năng có cơ hội được phỏng vấn thăng cấp quản lý với phòng nhân sự của công ty.
