Nước ta đã tham gia Công ước khung của Liên hiệp quốc về biến đổi khí hậu và

Nghị định thư Kyoto, đã triển khai các hoạt động kiểm kê khí nhà kính, đã có các

chương trình tăng cường các bể hấp thụ CO2 như chương trình trồng mới 5 triệu ha

rừng, bảo vệ và phát triển các khu dự trữ sinh quyển được công nhận; triển khai

rộng rãi các hầm khí biogas nhằm hạn chế phát thải khí mêtan, thành lập Cơ quan

thẩm quyền quốc gia để xem xét, phê duyệt các dự án theo Cơ chế phát triển sạch

(CDM). Các dự án đổi mới công nghệ, tiết kiệm năng lượng, phát triển năng lượng

tái tạo (thuỷ điện, phong điện), thu gom khí mêtan, phát triển hầm biogas, chuyển

đổi cơ cấu cây trồng, khuyến khích chuyển đổi nhiên liệu động cơ … là những dự

án được khuyến khích ở nước ta.

Our country has joined the Convention of the United Nations Framework on Climate Change and

the Kyoto Protocol, activities implemented greenhouse gas inventories, has the

program enhanced CO2 sinks as program planting 5 million hectares of

forests, protection and development of the biosphere reserve is recognized; implementing

biogas spacious cellars to limit methane emissions, establish the

national competent authorities for review and approval of the project under the Clean Development Mechanism

(CDM). The technological innovation projects, energy saving, energy development

of renewable (hydro, wind), collection of methane, biogas development, transfer

plant restructuring, encourage fuel switching ... engines are expected

to be encouraging projects in our country.
