Khi bị hư hỏng hoặc có dấu hiệu hư hỏng, phải báo ngay cho người phụ trách quản lý điều xe của phòng Nhân Sự Hành Chính biết để đề xuất lãnh đạo trực tiếp cho phép sửa chữa hoặc thay thế. Nếu xe có hư hỏng nhỏ trên đường đi thì tài xế có thể tự sửa chữa và báo cáo lại cho người phụ trách quản lý điều xe . Tài xế không được tự tiện sửa chữa hoặc thay đổi kết cấu của xe. Nếu tự gây ra hư hỏng thì phải chịu chi phí sửa chữa
