Hiệu trưởng quyết định thành lập Hội đồng thẩm định giáo trình để thẩm định giáo trình. Hội đồng thẩm định tổ chức thẩm định và đề xuất với chủ biên/đồng chủ biên hoặc cá nhân các nhà khoa học tham gia biên soạn giáo trình xem xét, chỉnh sửa, hoàn thiện giáo trình. Hội đồng có thể mời một số thành viên đại biểu ngoài Hội đồng tham dự phiên họp thẩm định. Hiệu trưởng ra quyết định phê duyệt và đưa vào sử dụng giảng dạy tại Trường.

The headmaster decided to establish academic authority to appraise the syllabus. Board evaluation and appraisal organizations propose to Editor/co-editor or individual scientists involved compiling the review, edit, improve the syllabus. The Council may invite some members outside the Council of deputies attending the session evaluation. The principal decisions approved and put to use in teaching at the school.
