Thời hạn bàn giao và nghiệm thu theo điều 1.1.trừ khi Bên A có yêu cầu tạm dừng được cộng vào thời gian thi công không do lỗi của Bên B thì thời gian tạm dừng được cộng vào thời gian thi công hoặc có sự phát sinh trong công việc thì hai Bên có sự thoả thuận lại về thời gian thi công. Mọi sự chậm trễ đều bị phạt theo điều 7 của Hợp đồng này.
