Tạo một mối quan hệ thật thân mật và bền vững giữa sinh viên Việt Nam với sinh viên trong khối cộng đồng ASEAN nói chung và sinh viên Singapore nói riêng, góp phần thúc đẩy xã hội ngày càng phát triển trên tinh thần đoàn kết, hợp tác với nhau.
