Chương trình giáo dục (CTGD) phổ thông nước ta hiện nay đang chuyển từ tiếp cận nội dung sang tiếp cận năng lực (NL) người học, chú trọng đến yếu tố “học sinh (HS) học được cái gì” sang yếu tố “HS vận dụng được cái gì” qua học tập. Chính vì vậy, giáo viên (GV) phải chuyển từ phương pháp dạy học (PPDH) theo lối “truyền thụ một chiều” sang dạy cách học, cách vận dụng kiến thức, rèn luyện kĩ năng và hình thành NL cho người học. Trong khuôn khổ bài viết này sẽ trình bày một số cơ sở lí luận và thực tiễn để xây dựng mô hình sách giáo viên (SGV) môn Toán THCS theo định hướng của CTGD phổ thông sau 2015 – định hướng phát triển NL người học.
