- Quản lý và điều hành công tác giám sát và kiểm tra chất lượng sản phẩm của Phòng Thí nghiệm; thiết lập các mục tiêu, yêu cầu về chất lượng, các yêu cầu về áp dụng các yếu tố của hệ thống chất lượng
- Tham mưu, tư vấn cho cấp trên để xây dựng và hoàn thiện chính sách chất lượng, hệ thống quản lý chất lượng, các phương pháp và quy trình quản lý chất lượng
- Chịu trách nhiệm về hệ thống cơ sở dữ liệu quản lý chất lượng của Phòng thí nghiệm; đánh giá và báo cáo tình hình chất lượng sản phẩm thông qua việc phân tích số liệu từ hệ thống
- Quản lý và điều hành tất cả nhân viên của Phòng Thí Nghiệm.
- Xây dựng, đề xuất và thực hiện công tác đào tạo cho nhân viên.
- Quản lý về thiết bị, máy móc, vật tư, hóa chất của Phòng thí nghiệm đảm bảo tính chính xác, kịp thời
