Hai bên cùng nhau ký kết hợp đồng với nội dung như sau:
Điều I: Bên A đồng ý cho bên B thuê một phòng để ở.
Điều II: Giá thuê là: 2.500.000đ (hai triệu năm trăm ngàn đồng) bao gồm tiền điện, nước, internet.
Điều III:
- Bên B trả tiền thuê nhà ngay ngày đầu tiên mới nhận phòng và trả đúng thời hạn.
- Bên B sử dụng đúng mục đích thuê, khi cần sửa chữa cải tạo theo yêu cầu sử dụng riêng phải được sự đồng ý của bên A.
- Trang thiết bị nội thất, quạt, đèn, bồn vệ sinh, vòi tắm mà bên A đã trang bị đầy đủ, bên B có trách nhiệm bảo quản. Nếu làm hư hỏng mất mát phải bồi thường.
Điều IV:
- Hai bên cam kết thực hiện đúng nội dung của bản hợp đồng.
- Nếu một trong hai bên cần trả hay lấy lại phòng, thì phải thông báo cho bên kia biết trước ít nhất nữa tháng.
- Hợp đồng có giá trị ngày 08/12/2013 đến ngày 31/12/
- Hợp đồng được lập thành bản, có giá trị ngang nhau. Mỗi bên giữ 01 bản.
