Đối với tất cả các hồ sơ được lọt vào vòng này, Trưởng phòng tổ chức hành chính sẽ phỏng vấn tất cả mọi người và sẽ phân loại vào phỏng vấn sâu hay thi tuyển. Trưởng phòng tổ chức hành chính sẽ loại bỏ dần các hồ sơ không đạt.
Nếu đã đầy đủ về số lượng thì phòng tổ chức hành chính sẽ thông báo ngày biết kết quả và ngày giờ đến phỏng vấn lần 2 hay thi tuyển. Còn nếu không đủ hồ sơ thì công ty phải tổ chức chọn thêm hồ sơ để đủ về số lượng theo như kế hoạch tuyển dụng đã đề ra.
